Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and kaya99 ("Company", "we" or "platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the kaya99 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonus benefits, circumventing restrictions, or for any other reason is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held in them.

3.2 Password Security

You are fully responsible for ensuring that your account password is kept secure and not disclosed to any other party. kaya99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. 3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, kaya99 reserves the right to request a copy of valid identification documents before processing any withdrawal or at any stage deemed necessary by kaya99. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal activity on the account.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested by members who have fulfilled all applicable conditions, including wagering requirements if any bonus has been used. The withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes once the request has been approved.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to an account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

kaya99 offers a welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit up to RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Applicable calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 20 = RM4,000
• Deposit RM400 → Bonus RM300 (maximum cap) → Balance RM700 → Wagering requirement: RM300 × 20 = RM6,000

6.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by kaya99 are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per specific offer unless otherwise stated.
• kaya99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time with appropriate notice.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure.
• In the event of a conflict between the specific terms of a promotion and these general terms, the promotion's terms will take precedence over the general terms for that promotion only.

7. Game Rules

In the event of a technical failure or system disruption that affects a game result, kaya99 reserves the right to declare that round void and refund the relevant bets to the affected members.

8. Prohibited User Conduct

• Engaging in any form of fraud, including identity falsification or using another person's credit card or bank account details.

• Attempting to access another user's account data or any internal kaya99 system without authorisation.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by Member

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the kaya99 support team via live chat or email. All eligible funds will be processed for withdrawal once all relevant conditions have been met and the identity verification process has been completed.

9.2 Closure by kaya99

kaya99 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any member's account at any time, without prior notice, if there is evidence or reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The member does not meet the required age eligibility criteria.

10. Limitation of Liability

kaya99 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or other losses suffered by users in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, service disruptions, or technical failures beyond kaya99's reasonable control.

The kaya99 platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranties regarding its suitability for any particular purpose. kaya99 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

kaya99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time at kaya99's sole discretion. Significant amendments will be communicated to members via a notice on the website or by email.

Continued use of the kaya99 platform after any amendment is published will be considered as the member's acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before the amendment's effective date.
